A hoot!

This weekend was a hoot! I purged my apartment and ended up with three loads of goodwill donations. I made chocolate chip cookies. Had fried plantains at the Great Dane. Made a trip down to Chicago to meet Callie and Vana for coffee (what a delight these two are--thank you girls, you made my Sunday). And watched the snow melt!

What did you guys do this weekend?

ahhh I loved seeing you again Jewels! I am so glad we reconnected and finally met sweet Callie! Niko is munching on a chocolate chip cookie (something i wouldn't do so early in the morning, but couldn't help it - he said " but your friend made them for me, mama"...)I am munching on Callie's shortbread. OMG! heavenly!
Happy Monday, darling!

What a fun (and productive) weekend. We had a busy weekend too with laying the hardwood flooring upstairs, relandscaping the front yard and running around with the kids. I'm exhausted and need another day to recover! :) Glad you had a good one!

Oh, what a fun weekend that sounds like! I was feeling under the weather this weekend so was cooped up in the house drinking tea all weekend--which really wasn't all that bad: ) Sometimes nice to have an excuse to do nothing!

We finished up the ski season and cleaned up the cabin where we go during ski season. It felt like the end of a book, we were excited to finish up yet sort of sad it is over.

Sounds like a wonderful weekend! I got a manicure, made some bread, walked around in the historic part of town...and avoided cleaning :)

What a great feeling to purge! Sounds like your weekend was lovely.

I love that hidden bookshelf on that bottom living room interior.

I also love your idea of the perrier bottles!

sounds like fun Julia! We trekked it through the rain- ate too many chips and made ourselves sick and caught some of the Dicken's series on PBS- didn't quite make it through Little Dorrit last night though without falling asleep... love the pink walls!

Sounds so wonderful! I cleaned too! For 6 hrs straight on saturday and then didn't have much energy to do much except eat and watch movies the rest of the weekend. Yours sounds more productive :) Love those photos!
