For the last five weeks little sounded appealing beyond cold milk, applesauce, crackers and clementines. No tea, no spices, no cooking vegetables. Early pregnancy really is a very pale time--pale food, pale skin (for, um, less than "fun" reasons). But, today, I had my first steaming cup of Lady Gray tea and loved it. When you find something that not only
sounds good, but
tastes good too, you latch onto it. Bliss!
PS. bought our Nutcracker tickets this weekend! I'm so excited!

Oh no, I'm sorry you're going through morning sickness. I really never did (just garlic and onions for about a month made my stomach turn) and I felt incredibly blessed...not that you want to hear that I'm sure. I have no doubt that the rest of your pregnancy will be easy-breezy, unlike the end of mine!! Feel better soon (: Warm cozy thoughts and best wishes!
This is a very pretty picture! I am so sorry about your morning sickness! It must be so challenging to not be able to stomach things you once loved. Thank goodness it's not long-term! So glad you enjoyed your tea - sounds just lovely!
Yay... I love the Nutcracker!!
I am also so excited about my tickets for next week - the Rockettes!!!
Let the holidays begin ~~

I remember these days, but then you will forget once you see your bundle of joy. Hope you had fun at the Nutcracker.
A good friend was only able to manage ginger ale for her first trimester. I could only sympathize!
