Delightful affair

This past weekend I threw Andrew an mini surprise party for his upcoming birthday. Major mile-markers should be celebrated, I believe. And although these are not pictures from the party--wish they were--it was a colorful and delightful affair. Filled with friends and family, baked brie and bocce ball.

Absolutely delightful. Thank you for inviting us and for introducing us to Bocce ball. Kris and I talked all the way home on Sunday about how much fun we had. It was like coming home and finding everyone warm and genuine and lovely. Thank you, Lady Otter, for memories I'll treasure for a long time.
