Every once in a while we have the pleasure of stumbling across an interior that is *gasp* perfect. In every way. Well, according to us! I was looking through Skona Hem's site and found Molle by the Sea. Move me right in. I won't change a thing, I promise. I'll just bring my favorite mug, a box of chai and my journal.
How was your weekend? I was stuck in a coffee shop doing algebra homework for at least 12 hours of my weekend. So, that was a bit stinky. Hopefully yours was merrier!

that bookshelf and bed have me wanting to move in too! hoping you get a little break from algebra to enjoy the sunshine! xoxo.
The built-in bookcase between the windows is fabulous...great use of space! Algebra...I would have to say my weekend WAS merrier than studying numbers!
Yep. Pretty darn perfect!
Good weekend here. Algebra? Ugh.
There is something so calming decorating in white.
Oh dear alegebra. EEKS just the word throws me in panic mode. I hope this week you will get to enjoy alegebra outside on your deck/patio maybe even at park. xoxo
algebra, oh my. I am awful at it. I do want to move into this home though.
so beautiful!!
love the bookshelves...and all the gray.........algebra makes me crazy.........:)
Happy monday.........xoxo
I love all white, always my fave. When I decorate our house I'd like to go all white, but wonder if it can stay so crisp and clean.
Boo for algebra homework :( Good for you for getting it done!!
Such a beautiful beachy place! Nice lines and color scheme! I had a gorgeous weekend on Martha's Vineyard at a friend's house with good company, biking adventures, and relaxing in the sudden sun that decided to make an appearance after days of rain! Sorry to hear about your homework time (that will be in coming weekends as I study for the LSATs!)! Hopefully you'll have some time to play this summer! :)
I love the bright airy feeling (and and bookcase)!
oh my goodness, algebra? I'm terrible at math, and everything to do with numbers! my weekend was pretty nice, although rainy and cold... longing for summer vacations! xoxo
oh, my weekend was worse. hehe. at least you seem to be enjoying your algebra. moi - did not like the work through the weekend.
love the pics
Love those pics!
yuck! math....sorry hun. that space is amazing. I wouldnt mind hanging out there at all!
there's so much light in this room! good luck with algebra (i kind of hate math, ok "kind of" is a huge understatement.)
Oy, that does sound wretched.
I hope you have a chance for a bit of play time!
I love how that bed is tucked underneath the pitched roof...so sweet! It's funny, I had a great weekend but the grass is always greener...I love the idea of doing homework in a coffee shop! Takes me back to fun college years;)
aw - jewels, i miss homework (believe it or not!)
the thought of being stuck up in a coffee shop for the weekend doing research and papers makes me super excited. there's almost nothing i'd love more.
(i said *almost* nothing there, not *nothing nothing*. barbecues, beaches and social time with my fam trump it, as do a few other things.. but i still somewhat envy you and your back-to-school endeavours!)
I can see why you love it, what a gorgeous place. I hope you got your homework finished!
: )
That beachy reading nook just SLAYS me. I was doing the equivalent of algebra: typing in data charts for an industrial catalog. zzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!! xoh
Algebra sounds stinky but you are making me nostalgic for spending hours in a cafe studying. This space is beautiful.I love the bed nook.
Oh my goodness...I wish that place was mine for the day! (I could never do the algebra thing...eek) xo
Hi! I am new to your blog but am LOVING the first picture! That is so beautiful! :) Great job, I will absolutely be back.

Yes mine was merrier, no algebra for me (eek)
Such stunning rooms Julia! hope all is well.
let's go. bring your algebra. we'll get scott to do it for you. he's very good at math.
I love the little sleeping cubby. Although I worked lots this weekend I was having to do any algebra, thank goodness! I was always so terrible with math.
I know what you mean about finding gems like this...so lovely. my weekend was pretty great and I'm hoping that thre will be more of the same for the one that's coming up!
:)
I thought the same thing when I saw this house. Do you think there's enough room for both of us?
oh, we where there just a few days ago. not in this house but in Molle - the most charming resort town on the Swedish west coast. I love the light, the furnishings, the sparseness. Thanks for sharing, happy summer, and yeah for finshing your math course!
