It's moving day here at the office. I get to move from the west side to the east side of the office, a relatively short distance, but still a pain in the neck. Although, there's something exciting about starting afresh. I get to create my space in a new and hopefully more efficient way *sighs* I'm probably dreaming. Anyways, I'll be a little MIA today due to the shuffling around. I wanted to draw your attention to a very interesting and inspiring post over at
haus maus yesterday. It seemed to spark quite a bit of conversation! Hope you enjoy!

Ahhh, I love the photos!!! It would be especially nice to take a rest on the bed in the last one.
All the best on the new place. ;)
i love a good move (even a little one). it helps shakes things up so nicely! good luck.
Love this images.
Thanks so much for directing me to haus maus... I found that post to be very interesting and the comments really seemed to open up a lot of discussion - I thought she made some very good points.
Good luck with your move!
Lovely photos. Good luck moving - it's always nice to have a change of scenery!
Oh I do hate re-organizing and moving desk spaces, so I feel for you. But after you're all settled in nice and cozy, you'll be happy you did :)
wow that first room is so grand and elegant, i'm thinking a possible dream wedding location? ;)
VERY interesting - thanks for the redirect, jewels! i'd already left a comment prior to the whole discussion, but i re-read a lot of the comments again today.
happy moving day! i just switched cubes a few months ago and it's been alright. my new spot isn't as prime a piece of real estate as my old, but i'm not one to complain. i decorated it up real nice. ;)
as always, i love your chosen pics. that first one is *so* airy and roomy.
good luck with the move, you have such a good attitude about it. no surprise. and, thanks for the info about the post on haus maus - very thought-provoking.
Good luck with the move! I find office moves a bit stressful - I'm always wondering how I've managed to accumulate so many things.
love the open airy spaces!
hope your shuffling went well!
: )
Happy moving! I do like moving because I get to rearrange things and reorganize and it is nice to have a fresh start. Lovely interiors!
Good luck with the move! Make your new space just how you want it :)
i ADORE that last photo - i'm trying to figure out how i can do something similar along our railing at the top of the stairs without my children taking it as an invitation to climb and catapult over the edge. it's a brilliant idea - making a wall out of an otherwise unusable space.
love that first image! fresh, clean, bare and simply pretty
