Friday Favorites

one: spurt by yellena
two: pear and antique books from xmarksthestott
three: tea for two by whiteapple
four: Queen Ann's Lace from lottahelleberg

This week of quiet posts has been therapeutic for me. I don't know why I haven't done these before. I'm ready for the weekend now! There's little on the agenda – perfect for percolating creativity. I can't tell you how excited I am for February. January has been one of the longest months. I'm blaming it on the cold.

Anything on your agenda this weekend?

XOXO

The quiet posts have been wonderful, especially if they are making you feel good. The weekend agenda? My usual Saturday morning thrifting, drinks with friends Saturday evening, and watching half time at superbowl because I am in complete and total love with Bruce. Have a good one!

I loved your quiet posts Julia. That was such a good lesson for me to see and also hoping you are recharged, which sounds like you are! I am going to just hang out in Laguna tomorrow with a friend and then do some "quiet" work on Sunday before hitting it again next week. Hope you have a great weekend!

A week of quiet is always a good idea! I've got some creative ideas percolating as well, and I'm hoping that this weekend they make it out of my head and into some kind of tangible form. But I'm not pushing it.
P.S. Love the queen anne's lace.

Julia, thank you for picking my pillow as one of your favorites. Always such an honor! We have a big weekend ahead of us as my youngest is turning 13... yes it makes me feel very old. We are celebrating with meatballs, cake, and the superbowl on Sunday. If I could make the steelers win, his day would be perfect. Thanks again darling!

Those Queen Anne's Lace notecards are so sweet!

I will agree with you about January, it's wiped me out, I'm exhausted. Here's hoping the February gets us back to norm! :)
