Monday morning
I'm having the darndest time waking up this morning. Too much sun, too much rich food, too much fun this weekend! If you could ever have too much fun :) The weekend was full of little pleasures, like two long morning walks to our favorite coffee shop, buying fresh blueberry's at Brennans, grilling our dinner outdoors before a thunderstorm rolled through. It was so nice! I gush about the weekend because I know that every weekend for the next month and a half will be filled with all kinds of responsibilities (like moving and family reunions and work outings). Those will be fun too, just a different sort *coughs*
I wanted to thank you all for the lovely Happy Birthdays to my mom last week! That not only made my day, she was tickled pink! HUGS to you all!
These images were collected from Coastal Living's little review of cozy retreats. Thought you would enjoy the warm tones and delightful nooks and crannies!

Hi Julia, what great pictures - so dreamy and romantic. Your Friday favorites were extra lovely last week. I adore the silk clutch with our favorite flower the lily-of-the-valley. I want to thank you for your wonderful, cheerful comments over at the inleaf blog this afternoon. I had a pretty crummy day, having to hit the road running after my vacation, and reading your kind words made me grin happily. Thank you!
These are such sweet pictures...make me want to curl up to read and take a nap! What a lovely weekend you had. BTW: I got my package today!!!!! I am going to do a little post about it this week if that's ok? Thanks so much - I love it!!!

oh i haven't experienced a good thunder storm in ages. We lived in Singapore for a while and you would hear the thunder echoing around the tall buildings I loved it. Your weekend sounded wonderful.
