Saturday Morning Farmers Market

As I promised, and only a day late! The Saturday morning farmers market down at the capital! Ms. Peach, I would be calling you up early next Saturday morning if you were in town!

I can say with great glee that the Apple Pie I bought from the Amish folk was delicious! I have a pecan pie still in the fridge, and Susie and her family will have to tell me how the Strawberry Rubarb and Raspberry pies were, as Andrew and I couldn't have eaten four pies by ourselves. Or maybe I should say "shouldn't" have eaten FOUR pies. Yum, yum! Also, check out Mister Bee Man, isn't that hat the coolest? I can hardly imagine wearing it during a hot summer farmers market, but some marketing is priceless. I ended up buying a stick of beeswax from him!

Also, quick note: Keepsake Couture has interviewed me on her blog :) Come see!

Oooh! Pretty pretty!!! I love the photos, and I especially love the feeling of walking in a local market. It is such a sense of independence and excitement. Almost like your living in a book or a movie. It's the best. ;)
